BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
About BOGO Telecom
BOGO Telecom is a broadband infrastructure engineering and program-management firm. We take HFC and fiber network upgrades from field data through design, permitting, construction coordination, and activation — as one accountable partner, not a hand-off between vendors.

What we do
Not a drafting house that hands off a design and disappears
BOGO Telecom is a telecommunications engineering and program-management company specializing in broadband network infrastructure. We support broadband network projects across their entire lifecycle: from initial planning and field data collection, through engineering, permitting, construction coordination, activation, and final closeout.
That scope is the point rather than a list of services. Most broadband upgrade programs are assembled from four or five separate procurements — one firm to walk the plant, another to draw it, a third to permit it, a contractor to build it, and frequently nobody in particular to document what actually happened. Each of those firms may be perfectly competent. The cost lands in the interfaces between them, and the operator is the only party present at every one.
We built the company around removing those interfaces. When a construction crew finds plant that does not match the drawing, the question goes to the people who drew it — not across a vendor boundary into a design queue at a firm whose scope closed at issue.
How we work
The BOGO Signal Chain
The full explanation — including what we do and do not control — is on the approach page.
What that changes
Five things that follow from holding the whole chain
PLAN
FULL-LIFECYCLE OWNERSHIP
Field to closeout, one accountable team.
FIELD
FIELD-INFORMED ENGINEERING
Designs built on real, verified plant conditions.
PERMIT
SINGLE POINT OF ACCOUNTABILITY
One partner — not five disconnected vendors.
BUILD
BUILT TO SCALE
Experience on complex, multi-market upgrade programs.
ACTIVATE
MODERNIZATION SPECIALISTS
High-split, DOCSIS, and 1.2/1.8 GHz expertise.
Leadership
Who you will be working with
Nicholas Bosco
Director of Engineering
Nicholas leads engineering at BOGO Telecom, where he is responsible for taking HFC and fiber network upgrades from field data through design, permitting, construction coordination, activation and closeout. He is also the person you reach directly — enquiries about a program come to him rather than to an account manager.
Being straight about scope
What BOGO does not do
An engineering partner that overstates its scope is one whose other commitments are worth less than they appear. So, plainly:
- We do not grant or accelerate regulatory approval. Pole owners decide attachment applications; municipalities decide permits. What we control is the accuracy of what enters those queues, the sequencing, and the follow-through — including escalation where an applicable timeline has passed. That is meaningful, and it is not the same thing.
- We do not perform physical construction. Contractors place strand, pull fiber, set equipment and splice. We plan and coordinate that work, resolve field conditions against the design, and run QA/QC and closeout.
- We do not choose your architecture. Mid-split versus high-split, and which DOCSIS 4.0 path to take, are strategy decisions bound up with your capital plan and CPE base. We translate the decision you make into the plant program it implies.
- We do not publish claims we cannot support. There are no project counts, client logos, certifications or performance statistics on this site, because none of them would be independently verifiable by you. When we have credentials worth showing, we will show them with the issuing body attached.
Our software
Bogoflow
We also build Bogoflow, our own software product for broadband program workflows, at bogoflow.io. It is how we coordinate the programs we run.
Disclosure: Bogoflow is our own product, not a third-party tool we are recommending. It is not a license you have to buy to work with us, and where an operator requires program work tracked in their own systems, we work in those.
FULL SPECTRUM. FULL LIFECYCLE.
