These are engineering explainers, not marketing overviews. They are written for operator engineers and program managers deciding how to sequence a modernization program, where to put a split boundary, or what a DOCSIS architecture choice will cost in the outside plant.

How this content is produced
Who writes it. Every explainer is written and reviewed by Nicholas Bosco, Director of Engineering at BOGO Telecom. There are no ghost-written or syndicated articles here, and no unattributed content.
What we cite. Technical claims are sourced to primary references — the CableLabs specification library for DOCSIS, the SCTE standards program for operational practice, the National Electrical Safety Code for clearance and safety, and the federal rules themselves for pole attachment. We link to the specification or the rule, not to an article summarizing it.
What we do not do. We do not publish statistics we cannot source, and we do not soften an unsourceable claim into vaguer language and keep the implication — we remove it. We do not cite competitors as authorities. We do not publish figures about BOGO's own project counts, client names or volumes, because none are independently verifiable by a reader.
Where we stay abstract. Specification-level figures are stated only where we are confident they are correct. This audience will catch an error, and one error costs more than the page earns — so where certainty is not available, these pages stay conceptual rather than guessing at a number.
Corrections and review. Each page carries a visible “last reviewed” date, and pages are revisited when the underlying specifications or rules change. If you find something wrong, tell us — email Nick@bogotelecom.com and it will be corrected and the review date updated.
